I am trying to find an apartment (by myself) or a home for rent (with two friends). We can’t afford to buy at the moment but we are having trouble with locating decent properties to rent. Either they are way above budget or they don’t have any appeal at all. I am looking in the Mercer, Somerset, Burlington counties of New Jersey as well as the lower Bucks County region of PA. I am exploring housing options for the near future, looking to buy my first house and willing to fix it up in order to sell in 3-5 years. I would be living in the house as I fixed it up as well.
