Your giving the note holder cash in exchange for the monthly payments, but that’s a lot of cash so how do they finance it? this will be my first home purchase, the home is only 27,400 i don’t want it to get away from me i plan to put down 10-20% i tried wells fargo they told me that the amount was too little for them to finance for a traditional mortgage, but they could do a home equity loan of 9.25%… (really) they said this was a federal law (not the 9.25%) but the amount of the loan being too low (?). I bank with the credit union they will not give me a loan because the house in a different state than which I live…..HELP

my loan officer told me that she needed my landlords number so she could give it to the underwritters
the thing is i have been late alot on my rent i never got behind but i have been late i know these can possibly hurt me or can it
also i was wondering if i could possibly give them my Uncles number to represent as my landlord to speak highly of me
if my actually landlord gets contacted he possibly will tell them that iam late alot
what can i do im tired of renting in the only thing that stands in my way is my landlord in what he says im thinking of giving the my Uncles number in tell him to play my landlord is that a good idea
please help
i didnt know that was fraud and another thing i was late but never behind wouldnt someone rather be late then behind
also im thinking about letting my landlord know and maybe he would help me is that a good idea or do you think he would tell them the truth just to keep me n his rent house to pay him
